Please read before making a reservation.

 

Reservations

 

To make a reservation you must be 21 years of age. You will need a credit card number to secure your reservation. Payment is due upon check-in.

 

We require a 2-night minimum stay on weekends and enforce a 3-night minimum stay for holidays. 

 

All guests must respect the privacy and peace of others, not to cause a disturbance or nuisance to other guests. 

 

Check-in: between 2:00 pm and 10:00 pm on the day of arrival

Check-out: by 11:00 am on the day of departure

 

Guests who need to cancel a reservation should contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 3 days of the arrival date will be charged for the first night rate for all rooms reserved. There are no refunds for early departures. 

 

If a reservation is not canceled and/or the guest does not show up, rates for the entire stay will be charged. 

 

Damages

 

We reserve the right to charge for any damages. 

 

Lost or unreturned keys will incur a replacement charge of $50. 

 

Stolen or stained towels will incur a replacement charge of $10 per towel. To avoid stains beyond normal use we ask that you do not use our towels for cleaning purposes.

 

Cleaning of fish in or near guestrooms is strictly prohibited. Doing so will result in a $100 fine. Guests may utilize the cleaning station at the Marina at no cost. The cleaning station is equipped with lights and running water. A freezer in the Motel is also available to store fish. 

 

We are a non-smoking facility. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any rooms or buildings. Doing so will result in a $100 fine. Please respect our other guests by not smoking in guestrooms. 

 

Any fees incurred will be charged to the credit card used for the room reservation.
